I. Refund Policy
Student Transfers and Substitutions
We are happy to assist you in the event that you are unable to attend a program that you have enrolled in. Requests to transfer into another class must be received in writing at least one week in advance of the event begin date. Transfers made within the week of the course start date, but prior to the class begin date will incur a $100 transfer fee. Transfers made after the course begins will incur a transfer fee of 50% of the regular course enrollment fee.
We will gladly accept participant substitutions; provided that notice is received at least 24 hours prior to the course begin date.
Registration Cancellations and Withdrawals
Cancellation requests must be received in writing at least 10 business days in advance of the event begin date. Cancellations received at least 10 business days in advance of the event are subject to a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellation requests received less than 10 business days in advance of the program. We will gladly accept participant substitutions with at least 24 hours advance notice.
Course Retake Policy
Students may retake the same course for which they are registered within one year of their original course begin date for a fee of 50% of the regular registration fee on a space available basis.
We reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment. Such decisions are made three business days prior to the class begin date. In such a case, participants will be afforded the opportunity to transfer to the next available course or receive a full refund.
